It's been awhile since
my last post. Many things have happened in our lives recently. The biggest is
that Ron and I have mutually decided to end our romantic relationship and just
continue from now on as friends. The children and I have moved out of our family
home and into another with just us. They each have their own room and more
space now. I am very thankful that we can remain friends during this tough
time.
It has been about two
weeks since we have moved and things are coming together nicely. I didn't
realize that setting up a household was so much work. I guess since last time I
did it I didn't have two children underfoot. They really have been a great help
though. They help carry boxes, take out recycling, and even put clothes
away.
They had a little
trouble the first few nights sleeping in separate rooms but now they are well
adjusted. They really love having their own spaces to be creative and imaginative.
I love seeing them happy, that is for sure. Now that we are pretty much settled
and life is getting back to normal I can’t wait to get back to regular
posts.
